Do most chicks want to be degraded on some level as long as they know they are safe?

Do chicks deep down want to feel degraded and naughty within the comforts of a relationship? Because she knows he isn't going to leave her for it or judge her. Does this play back to the whole "female victim role" mentality. How do I give these chicks what they want but make sure to only degrade them to a level they feel comfortable with?
