Peeing a little but often, itchy, hurting vagina?

Lately ive been going to the bathroom a lot but i only piss a little every time. And my vag is really sore and rough, and it hurts when I get up and pee and move and stuff. If it means anything, all this started a couple days after the first time I got fingered and eaten out
