ken clarke is talking sense. rape is an attack. there are different levels of attack. there are different levels of rape. being raped by a total stranger at knifepoint and fearing for your life is far worse than being forced into sex by a boyfriend or husband. its all bad but some not as bad as others. ken clarke is right.
