It hurts right after I pee, I'm male?

One day, I had to urinate very badly. Right when I finished peeing, there was a sharp pain right above my penis, inside. Now I feel like I have to pee all the time, and when I go only a little bit comes out. And after I finish peeing everytime, it hurts. This has been going on for about 4 days. I have google searched this issue, but most of it were for females.
