Help i've seen spirits and recently had another encounter?

help i need to figure out what happend to my cousin, btw this didnt happen to me i just witnessed it from the bottom of the stairs not the whole thing though. so my my cousin decided to use the bathrrom in the middle of the night, and she was sick on this night. she got up and, heard someone talking on the other side of the room, so she kept walking foward because she said she was to scared to figure out what it was. she said the entity looked like a black lion, and came up behind her and picked her up from the middle of her chest, she said it didnt feel like it was pulling her up but his claws were in her skin and she has the scars to prove it, i wish i could upload a picture of it but i dont know how, anywho, she tried to pray to god but she said she couldnt move or scream or even shut her eyes, the whole this was happening her eyes were opened and she tried to shut them but she couldnt, also she said that the room got filled with other spirits and they were all looking at her getting picked up by this black lion so to speak. THIS NEXT PART IS WHAT I WITNESSED i was downstairs and she was upstairs when this happended i heard a deep voice i went to the bottom of the stairs, i didnt see the lion but i seen her floating it looked like she was lying on something but there was nothing there. i also still heard the talking. he was saying to her. "your god isnt with you now theres nothing you can do" thats all i could make out. after about more minutes of the talking and levitating. she droped and tombled down the stairs. i was so shocked and scared. also she peed on herself. she said that it was holding her up for atleast an hour. pleaaaaaasssseeeeee heeeelllllppppppp me understand thiss noone will believe us, i just need to know that im not crazy right now pleasee!!!
