In Your opinion could i have Cancer?

So i took these drugs for acne called "accutane" apparently very serious drug... Anyway stupid me took the risks not so seriously... I was asked to get my blood checked every month as long as i was on these drugs... Anyhow my doctor asked to see me to tell i have a "small chance" of having cancer... Since then i can't put on weight no matter how hard i try.. i get random nose bleeds (i've never had a nose bleed in my life until now) and mouth bleeds... sometimes my pee has a bloody discharge... if anyone has advice or an opinion by all means... Let me know..
