Is it considered "running away" if..?

If i tell my parents where im going and when ill be back and everything but they dont let me go but i leave anyway? Even if its only for like an hour? Ill be 18 in december and ive been grounded for two months already and i think im going insane i havent seen any friends in that time at all. My moms really mean and degrading and i think im going insane.
