Is it normal....................?

Is it normal to wake up in the middle of the night (not tired or anything), fall down the stairs and laugh about it, and then go out the back door and scream at your dog, waving your arms in a massive flurry? I usually do this four times a week. My mom caught me doing it and freaked out. I didn't even think I did until I got a camera and recorded it. Also is it normal to pee the bed at 28 years old when you have a dream only about hopping along a flowery field like a rabbit? I don't understand it. Sometimes I have these peaceful dreams and wet the bed, other times I sleep walk and yell at my dog. I love the dog very much, so I don't understand why I do it... Please help.
