My dog is hyperventilating!!!!??!!! HELP?

theres fire works going on outside and my dog is having a spaz attack and wont stop breathing heavily! she has to go pee and i cant get her outside to go to the bathroom, shes a rottweiler and im a 98 pound 14 year old so i cant carry her!! help!
