Tampon question? details inside?

I dont know if those work ( ive never heard of those before... I'll have to try them out) but for the swimming thing, the water pressure should keep you feom leaking and if you do leak ( just a little) the chlorine will get rid of the blood... I know this probably didnt help much but oh well :)
