What type of jellyfish is this? Can I possibly get a uti?

Well I live on the atlantic coast of north central florida and i got stung by a brown and white jellyfishe when i was holding it. just wanted to know if this can cause a uti because its been hurting to pee for a while and ive been peeing every like 20 mins and its really irritating!!! can this jellyfish cause uti for a couple of nights or what. ive just gotten stung today. also what type of jellyfish is this?
