Why are some people so mean?

This is a cruel cruel thing to do to someone who is impaired, You could send a e-mail to your teacher and the principal without giving your name.This has got to stop and why don't you start the ball rolling. Maybe you could talk with your mom and have her go to the principal office and explain the problem and tell him that you are afraid of being picked on by the bullies.Give the names of the bullies. Kids that are bullies are lacking something, it could be lack of love and caring from their home life, lack of self esteem and many more things such as a show off to his friends.
