Are most people Subtly Racist?

Seems like in most sports alot of white people tend to degrade alot of blacks when they are going up against whites, Like in the UFc they had chieck kongo vs Pat barry. Even when the white guy loses u get these racist posts about damn he lost to that N8g Or Pat just got caught or w/e. And i think i foudn 1 out of 100 posts that was actually happy for the guy. Why can't people just view things fairly in competition? why always the negative views on black athletes?
