My underwear and sheets were all wet and sticky when i woke up this morning?

I woke up this morning with sticky stuff all over the front of my underwear and sheets. It didn't smell like pee. It made a big mess so I am washing my bedding now. Do you think it was a wet dream? I don't remember having any dreams last night tho..
