Thousands of foreign criminals to escape courts under sentencing reform, would this apply for duel Nationals?

Why shouldn't it apply to dual nationals?......If it was a case of banned from returning for life, or an automatic 5 years imprisonment, then I would agree. As it is they will just up their rate of crime knowing that they will not go to prison. AGAIN its one law for immigrants and another for the British people. Why not just re name the country door mat island.
