"serious rape" what do you think?

I studied this on a law course, there are already different types of rape. There is a concept of 'reckless rape' , where a man has been reckless as to whether or not consent exists. I think that is less serious that a man who puts a balaclava on, goes to a park and drags a woman into a bush to rape. Just saying like, its my opinion.
